Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Hello,
Im using the Word but im writing with another language (Hebrew) i write from right to left but i cant find how to change from left to right, to right to left?
please help me I need to make allot of work with not long time...

support RTL. I'd suggest that you look into the use of a different word
processing program, such as Mellel, AbiWord, Nissus Writer, etc.

AbiWord may or may not be a good suggestion.
I just downloaded it a few days ago, and it was last updated for OSX.2
(2006). I might not work on OX.5. He have to download it and try it.

Current versions of Word for Mac will not do it for you. Windows Word is
a far better bet, but on Mac you would either have to run it under Boot
Camp or something like VMWare Fusion/Parallels

I suggest you put a question in the microsoft.public.word.docmanagement
group specifically aimed at Peter T Daniels, asking him for suggestions.
AFAIK he has a Mac background (but perhaps not a recent one) and a
strong background in multi-lingual, multi-script word processing,
although I don't know what his experience in Hebrew script WP is. Be as
specific as you can regarding
a. what equipment/OS you have
b. what kind of documents you are trying to produce (Hebrew only?
Hebrew-English? Other combinations?)

I think it is well established that Mellel is the best RTL word processor for OS X, being designed specifically for that. Others that work OK are TextEdit, Nisus Writer, OpenOffice, iText. Pages can display RTL correctly for the most part, but has various input/editing bugs that make it unsuitable for many purposes.
