Hello,
Outlook XP. I have a user who utilizes the "Other User's Folder" feature of
Outlook to get her bosses mail. It has always worked, but now when she
tries, it opens the folder, the closes not only that window, but Outlook All
together. She is running WinXP with SP2 in case that matters. I cant figure
out what's wrong. I am running XP with SP2 as well and it works fine for me.
I figured it must be her Outlook settings. That said, I tried reinstalling
Outlook with no luck. I also checked the event logs on her PC but nothing
there either. Also searched the newsgroups but couldn't find anything there.
I'm stumped. Any ideas? Thanks,
