Other users folders

I can view other users folders, but when I try to open their mailbox after I
add it to my folder list, I get an error that says "unable to display
folder". I am using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. All permissions are
fine. Is there something else I need to do?

One thing to keep in mind is that for you to be able to add their mailbox,
the other user needs to give you pernmission to their mailbox. Just because
you have been given access to another users Calendar, for example, will not
give you rights to add the Mailbox, expand the mailbox, and view the calendar.
