Oulook 2000 tool bar, I do NOT have the option "ACCOUNTS"

I am trying to re-direct my current email to go to my Outlook 2000 email -- I
was told to press on TOOLS -- go to arrow to expand drop down list, go to
"ACCOUNTS" -- but I do not have that -- Can this be fixed?

please try to go into the control panel | mail | profiles | properties |
email accounts
