Oulook 2002 SP3 - NdrI not located

When I opened Outlook this morning I got the following error:

The procedure point NdrI could not be located in the dynamic link library
RPcRT4.dll.

I can open Outlook but cannot send or recieve...it bring up that error? Any
ideas?!!
