How do I fix a run problem with outlook 2003 with windows vista outlook
continues to open and then advise not responding.

Outlook 2003 is fully Vista compatible
Need more info, did you transfer data from an existing Outlook installation?
if so how?
What type of connection, pop,exchange, imap etc?
Have you run Detect/Repair?
