Why is it that this filter works with all connection types
except dialup? this is on a W2K machine with SP4 and all
critical updates and all office updates (office XP). Has
anyone dealt with this yet?

Well is it Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2002 (since you mentioned Office XP)

The JEF works for any type of connection. What mail account type are you

Then it works as long as you're using Exchange Cached Mode. You can
configure it on your Account Settings

it is configured to use Exchange Cached Mode. i assume
that's why it works with all the other connection types we
are using broadband, VPN, and a local netork connection.
