oulook 2003 personal folders backup utility

My wife and I share an XP Pro machine and have seperate login accounts. We
both use Outlook 2003 and I have installed the Microsoft Outlook Personal
Folders Backup Utility. Unfortunately, this seems to only work for the user
that installs the add-in. I installed the utility while logged in as myself
and it works fine, unfortunately when my wife is logged in the add-in doesn't
seem to run.

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help.

The Add-in is probably not defined in your wife's profile. Click
Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins. If you don't see "Outlook
Backup Addin" there, click Add and browse to C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office10\Addins. Select "outbak.dll" and click OK. Click back out
of all the dialog boxes, stop and restart Outlook.
