I cannot get outlook to work so need help

I want to use it for contacts and sycnhromising with mobile phone.

It asks nme for ms exchange server - what is this?

I am a home user on ntl cable.

any help approeciated

What version of Outlook are you using? If it's OL2003, you'll probably want
to remove the Exchange service here: Control Panel > Mail applet > Click
email accounts > View/Change existing email accounts > Click Next

You can also add any Internet mail accounts you might have there. Do you
have a sync program that works with your phone & Outlook?
