In Outlook how do I remove unwanted folders under my E mail address left
side column?

what are the folders called? are they in favorite folders or in mail folders
/ all mail items? You can't remove the default outlook folders.

The last two are defaults in Outlook 2003. All three probably are in
2007.

those are default folders and can't be removed.
