Out of memory error when printing

Running Windows 98. Upgraded Office 2000 to Office XP.
Fully patched OS and Office. Everything works fine except
when trying to print from Outlook. Immediately generates
a "Out of Memory or Resources ..."

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
