Out of Memory Message

I have been trying to install a database on a colleague's computer. Although
it works well on at least 100 other PCs, when we try to open the database on
this particular computer, we get an 'Out of Memory' message.

I have searched the MS Knowledge Base and found one or two articles. In
particular there is one which says this problem may occur if the computer in
question has over 1GB RAM or doesn't have the lastest version of the Jet
Engine. Neither condition seems to apply to this PC. (This PC is running
Access 2000).

I am really out of ideas. Can anyone suggest anything?
