out of memory on access 97 start up

I have just built a new system P4 with 1gb memory. Reloaded office - all OK
except Access which comes up with an "out of memory" message on start up.

Nothing else running.

Scan for updates says none needed.

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi,

Would you believe the problem is that you have TOO much RAM?!

Access 97 will not run on a computer with 1 GB or more of RAM UNLESS you install the latest JET
service pack.
