Out of Memory or System Resources

All of a sudden outlook will not allow me to preview,
delete, view emails without poping up an error that
says, "Out of Memory or System Resources'

There are no programs running and I am using a ram
cleaner which I installed after the program.

I am running WinXP Home with all updates.

I am using Outlook 2002 which I ran repair on but the
problem persists.
