out of memory or system resources

Since I upgraded from Office 2002 to Office 2003, I keep getting "Can't open
this file. Out of memory or system resources." error message anytime I try
to open an email. I can open Outlook and see my personal folders, but I
can't actually access any emails. I can't reply or forward any emails
either. I've looked at two of the workarounds for this, but neither of them
apply. I don't have a PGP program loaded which is one of the workarounds -
to get rid of it.

HELP!!! I'm at a total loss!!!
