out of memory

Recently purchased a HP C5280. When printing spreadsheets I receive a "out
of memory" message. All othe docs print ok. Contacted HP and was told it is
a software problem. I am using Word from Works Suite 2000. My preadsheets
printed ok on my old Lexmark. Is there a fix or patch?
