In addition to my personal email address, I also receive emails to
"webmaster@...", "sales@...", "info@...", and "adminstrator@...". As
spammers often send emails to those generic addresses, I get that spam.
Unfortunately, the Out-Of-Office Alert is sent to emails arriving from those
generic addresses despite any rules I set up. Within that Out-Of-Office
Alert, the spammer gets my primary email address as well - and then the spam
REALLY starts!
As Out-Of-Office Alerts are a feature of the Exchange mailbox, and as the
Exchange User knows which email address is "primary" - as does Outlook (as
the "reply to" address), it should not be too difficult to skip sending
Out-Of-Office Alerts to emails sent to any email address other than the
"primary" one.
