Out of Office Assistant - Customizable?

Is there a way to set up the out of office assistant so that "every other friday" it will automatically turn on?
Or will this feature only work if you turn it on and off manually.

But even then, you're only allowed a Start Date and End Date. You don't
get a Day option.
