out of office assistant not working

Hi Outlook gurus,

We have Outlook 2003 running on Exchange Server 2003.

One of our staff members says that on several occasions now, whenever they
try to use the Out of Office Assistant, it tells her she is working offline
and cannot find the Exchange Server. However, she is working online and
receiving emails etc. On one occasion, I was working at around the same time
and using email, so the server was not down.

Any ideas on why this error might be occurring?
