Out of Office Assistant wont work anymore!

I recently moved our emails from in house server to Godaddy. There has been
a lot of outlook glitches, such as lost of signature, etc. But now I see
that our "out of office" is not working. I have checked the rules and
set-up. Can someone help me with this one?
