Is there a way to limit the out of office reply to our internal email
- we don't necessarily want to send out of office replies to spammers
- or other unsolicited emails...thank you

This is the default on the Exchange server. You somehow must have changed
the option (or are running Exchange 5.5 without the latest Service Pack).
Anyway, this is controlled by Exchange not Outlook.
