Out of Office Assistant

No matter what I do it will not send an Out of Office reply. I have checked
the Exchange Server settings as well as the settings in Outlook. I have even
asked an MS Exchange support person while on site with another client but he
was stumped too. I am using a Blackberry...can that be causing the problem?

rule?

Not that I know of, I cannot seem to determine where that rule might exist.
I have two PC's, one with Outlook 2003 and the other with 2002.
