So many questions
All of our clients are thin clients running in a Citirx farm. We are running
Outlook 2003. For some reason one user cannot open the Out of Office
assistant. The user gets this error: The command is not available. See the
program docuementation about how to use this extension. This is only
happening to on user. I've already used the mdbvu.exe tool to delete all of
her out of office rules, etc. That didn't work. If she logs on to a regular
pc instead of the citrix thin client, a new profile is built and her Out of
Office works. so it seems profile related. Deleting (or trying to delete)
her profile in the citrix farm didn't seem to work.
Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
