Using Outlook 2003 when receiving an email from a Listserv list is there a
way to set it so it only replies to the sender and not the entire list?

Depends entirely on how the listserv software forms the sending information.
My personal preference is to configure the OOA to not reply to the lists to
which I subscribe.
