out of office assuistant

Wrong forum - but, the Out of Office Assistant on my
Outlook screen only shows up with the Inbox screen.

assitant button should be there, but is not. I dont have
microsoft exchange in my computer. Is there any way that I
can turn the OOOA on without having the MExchange
software? Can somebody help me?
