Out Of Office Auto Reply

I need to be able to set an out of office auto reply message for my e-mail
whilst away. Can you help me on how to do this, or tell me if it is possible?

if you are in an Exchange environment then in Outlook do Tools-Out of Office
Assistant. If not then the only real option you have is to see if your ISP
offers an "on vacation" message service in web mail...
