Out of office failure.

Hi,

I have an Outlook 2000 user who is connected to our Exchange Server (v5.5)
who's out of office works correctly for internal e-mails but does not
respond to external e-mails anymore. I don't see any difference between this
users configuration and other Outlook 2000 users where out of office works
as expected.

Since only the one user is affected I suspect their mail profile/mailbox may
be corrupted. I would appreciate it if someone could advise on the most
likely causes and the best way to proceed.
