Out of Office Message not sent

D

Dirk

Hi NG,

I have an OL2000 client on WinXP and Ex2000 Server. The server is configured
to send OoO messages to external users.
For most of the clients it works fine. But for some the OoOA does't send a
message.
When I add a rule to the OoOA to send a message, the sender receives the
mail created by the rule, but not the OoO mail itselfe!

Any idea how to fix this problem.
I allready have recreated the MAPI profile for the user - no change...
I have created a new Windows profile - no change...
There is no alternate receipient for the user...

Is the receiver able to receive OoOA messages from other people in your
orgainzation? It could be possible that OoOA messages are dropped by the
spam-/mailserver of the receiver.

Hi Robert,

the OoOA message isn't sent to neither internal nor external users! Only a
few users are affected of this "feature". The others send OoOA messages as
needed...

Any further ideas?
