Out of Office Not Sending Auto Reply

I am running Exchange 5.5 and Win2K with Office 2000 on the desktop. I have
one user that sets her Out of Office but no one IN the domain gets the auto
reply. She has no rules set.
It works fine for everyone else.
Any ideas? Please help.
