As Milly said in one of the message boards about automating Out of Office
with the Outlook Calendar/Appointment options, she is looking in to, which I
hope they will do! Then following comment might not be necessary.
I find it a pain to always adjust my comments in the Out of Office field
dependent on what I am doing, be it meetings, on holiday or out of the office.
Could there not be an option list with predefined sentences to describe my
needs at that time, with perhaps a drop down calendar and time stamp? or
follow a similar line as the rule wizard for options?, or keep a history log
of previous used sentences and we point n click? All this to relate to where
I am and when I am due back?
