out of office rules

hello
we are trying to forward the boss' email from select people to his cell phone..
we set up out of office to do so it goes to a text message e-mail address from verizon as well as to his aol account
when we test the message to his aol goes but still nothing to his phone... if we type in the email from a new email it goes just fine, so we ssume that it is a problem with the out of office wizard. we also tried to set it up in the "rules wizard" and it is the same issue
we have tried both office and 2003 and xp
any thought
any help woul be appereciated

Check you Exchange Global Settings / Internet message formats. Confirm that
there is no special treatment for AOL domains. Also make sure another higher
priority rule is processing the message and taking it out of the way.
