Out of Office Sent Messages Confirmation

I was just on vacation with an out of office message. How can I confirm that
somebody who e-mailed me was sent an "out of office" reply. I looked in my
sent items folder but did not see any record of sending out of office replys.

You can confirm it by contacting that person or dig through the Exchange
logs. There is no record of it in Outlook also because the event is handled
by Exchange and not Outlook.
