Out of Office?

The out of office email reply does not exists on my
Outlook. Why? Are there any downloads that can update
this?

Are you connected to an Exchange server? If not, then that's why it's not
there. It works and is present only if you are connected to Exchange.

The "Out Of Office" is a feature that is available to
only Exchange Server clients.
