Is there a way to send the reply message for each mail. IE. If someone
sends me 20 emails they get 20 replies. Currently it is on a once per sender
basis.

I would think you'd be VERY popular if someone sent you 20 emails and got 20
"Out of Office" replies. Not.

No it isn't configurable, there would be an ugly mail looping scenario

Yes I realize that. I have even seen it happen before.

It could also open you up to receiving SPAM. I wouldn't recomment it.
However, you could create a rule but you'd need to leave Outlook open all
the time.

A rule would work, however, Outlook would not be open all the time. I really
wanted a very specific filter to send the out-of-office message once a week
to each sender instead of just once.
