I am trying to move folders from my Outlook Personal Folders to a new folder
called Archive 2006. Sometimes it works fine. Other times I receive an "Out
of System Resource" error message. It says to Close some Windows programs
and try again. I have no other programs open. I am just moving
folders/emails from one folder in the Personal Folders to Personal Folder
