Out of the office assistant

Hello. I am trying to turn on the "out of the office
assistant" but for some reason I do not have one listed
in my tools list. I went to the "options," "other," and
then "advanced options" like was suggested, but it did
not fix the problem. My box is checked that says "extend
exchange options..."

What do I do now?
