Out of the Office replies (with Exchange Server)

I have a single user for which this option does not work.
I have tried a different pc, upgrading her outlook client to 2002 (from
2000) with no avail.
I even moved the mailbox between storage groups to see if that would help.
Our servers are running exchange 2000.
