Outbox dilemma

Can't send emails when in "name(email address)" format from BCM but can send
if just email address only. Can anyone assist?

If no one else responds, try your question in the
microsoft.public.outlook newsgroup.

BCM leaves email to Outlook and doesn't get involved beyond storing
its own links of emails to contacts.
