When I compose a new email message and click "Send," it shows up in my Outbox
UN-italicized, which prevents it from being sent. This happens haphazardly.
And when I open the message in the Outbox and click on "Send" again, it still
appears in the Outbox without italics and cannot be sent. This just started
occurring after using Outlook for several months.
