Since I installed SP3, a message will get hung up in the outbox showing it
has not been sent, when, in fact it did go out. The only way to clear it is
to delete the message. However, it doesn't ever show up in the sent box,
even though the recipients get it. Doesn't happen on all emails. What gives?
