Outbox (Outlook 2003)

Hi

From time to time, I came across users sending messages that encountered
some errors (eg. recipient rejected, etc.). The outgoing messages would
then stay in the Outbox. I would advise the user to correct the recipient
address before sending it again. So, they did and sent the message again,
but the message just didn't get sent. It just stayed in the Outbox, and
there was no other error during sending.

How to really get this message successfully sent and moved to the Sent
folder ?

Thanks
Steve

That sometimes happens if the size of the message is too big for the size
limits of Exchange.

The 'cure' is to delete the message or edit it to remove the attachments or
replace them with smaller ones.
