Occasionally my Outlook2003 Outbox will not 'send' (happens only with
Replies, Forwards, or New messages composed & copy/pasted from Word). The
only way I can fix (?) this is to move the stalled message from Outbox to
Drafts, open the message for editing, and then click Send. It goes back into
the Outbox but now will actually transmit. Haven't a clue as to why this
happens, or why sending from the Drafts folder always works. Any suggests
for a permanent fix?
