Outbox stuck email (NEW INFO - CLOSER TO A FIX)

I see there are many people with stuck email in their outbox. It appears
this only happens when you go to send a new email and you have the outbox
open. Try deleting those emails and resending them from ANY folder but the
outbox. It seems to work every time. But it will NEVER send if I am in the
outbox already.

That sounds like the problem addressed in
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/outbox.htm - no need to delete them, just
open them, change folders and hit send.

Many of the others really have a stuck message - usually because it's too
big (http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/stuck_message.htm) and a less common
problem is the message sends but doesn't get moved to the sent folder.
