I can't find anyway to view my Outbox. Is this possible in Entourage?

If you use Send Now, then items don't stay in your Outbox. Items only stay
in your Outbox if you use Send Later; in that case they stay in your Outbox
until they are sent.

Once they have been sent, you should be able to find them in your Sent Items
folder (on your Exchange server). Have you looked there?
