I tried to send an email with a large attachment. It's stuck, and won't send.
I can't delete, a message comes up saying the email is being transmitted. How
can I delete this item? I have Outlook 2007.

Hi Dale

Have you tried the cancel send/receive option? I sometimes have this issue.
I cancel the send, restart Outlook and am able to delete from the Outbox.

File - Work Offline.
Wait a few minutes.
Try to delete. If it still fails:

File - Exit.
Wait a few minutes.
Restart, stay offline.
Try to delete.
