Outdenting Tasks--Help please!

When outdenting, the arrow keys on the formatting toolbar
work on every level EXCEPT the subtask directly under the
summary task. i.e. Phase one - subs "a", "b", "c"- "b"
and "c" will outdent but "a" will not.

Hello Liz,

I guess you are using the Standard 2003 version.
