Outgoing email account

I have 2 email accounts I use through outlook. The first one
(bellsouth.net) is my default.

SOmetimes when I send email, or reply or forward, OUtlook attempts to
send it via my second account (charter.net). I do not want to use
that account to send email, but I do not know how to keep outlook from
"choosing" it.

I thought it always processed emails using the default account first.
Any ideas?
