Outgoing mail gateway

I am having trouble sending mail via outlook. I have not made any changes to
my account set up in days. It worked yesterday. I can send mail out with
Lotus Notes, but Outlook does not work and they use the same account info.
Incoming mail works alright. Is there some security patch I should check out?

none at all. It looks as though the mail sends, and it shows in sent, but the
recipients never receive it.
