Outgoing mail judge the mail list

Dear All,

How can I use the VBScript to add Text for the specific outgoing mail?

If the mail list including XYZ domain users, e.g. [email protected], the Text
will be added.

It's not quite clear what the scope of your application is, but it's almost certain that VBScript isn't a solution. Maybe you can provide more details.
