I have an outgoing email that appears to be stuck. I try to delete it and it does nothing. I try to open it and I get the message, "The MAPI spooler has already begun transmitting this message." I'm no longer receiving emails through Outlook, I'm no longer able to send email through Outlook as all messages get stuck behind the original one. Last thing is I can no longer get out of Outlook except to minimize it or shut down. HELP
